This past weekend, I began filming on an upcoming project called "The Dallas Model", a documentary which takes a look at the Corporate Education Reform Model in Dallas and its implication across the state of Texas.

The film provides a brief synopsis of the corporate education reform movement in Dallas ISD, as well as the grassroots actions of teachers, parents, students, and other advocates for our public schools.

It is a call to action for the people of Dallas to make them aware that if they do not speak up about the harm the corporate education reform movement has brought to our community, the same damaging initiatives will likely be copied across the State.

This past weekend included several interviews, including a video call with blogger and public education advocate Thomas Ultican.
